Refund and cancellation policy for PaperHumanizer

At PaperHumanizer, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing a transaction.

One-Time Credit Purchases

Credits purchased as a one-time payment are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing settings.
  • Access after cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until that date.
  • No partial refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.

Technical Failure Exception

If you experience a technical failure directly attributable to our Service that prevents you from using your credits or subscription, you may be eligible for a review.

To request a review:

  1. Contact us at support@paperhumanizer.com within 7 days of the issue.
  2. Include your account email, a description of the problem, and the date it occurred.

We will investigate and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved cases may receive a credit adjustment or refund at our discretion.

Payment Processor

Payment processing is handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Creem's Terms of Service. In some cases, refund requests may be handled directly through Creem's dispute resolution process.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change with at least 7 days' notice to existing subscribers. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until the next billing cycle after the change.
