Credits purchased as a one-time payment are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis.
If you experience a technical failure directly attributable to our Service that prevents you from using your credits or subscription, you may be eligible for a review.
To request a review:
We will investigate and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved cases may receive a credit adjustment or refund at our discretion.
Payment processing is handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Creem's Terms of Service. In some cases, refund requests may be handled directly through Creem's dispute resolution process.
Prices are subject to change with at least 7 days' notice to existing subscribers. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until the next billing cycle after the change.
